Returns & Refunds

WE=LV2 Return Policy
At WE=LV2, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to process a return with us, please adhere to the below return policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return.

Returns can be initiated by contacting us through email at info@welv2.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return.

Please take note of the following WE=LV2 return policies:

  • All products that are being returned must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.
  • If we shipped you the wrong product, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the item.
  • If the product you received was damaged in transit, please email or call and speak to a customer service representative.
  • We suggest that all returns are shipped to us with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
  • We will always do our best to process your return or exchange within 10 business days after receipt of the return package.
  • Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

We work hard to ensure 100% accuracy and delivery of each order we ship. If there are any issues with your order due to an error by the WE=LV2 team, it must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can report this by emailing info@welv2.com.

REFUNDS
You will receive an email notification from WELV2 when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
